Awareness in the leadership

Individual and collective training programs with leaders about expectations, postures, project importance, concepts, types of ideas, interpersonal motivation, successful returns, and more.

Pilot test implementation

Low-scale test of a system of ideas before extending it to the whole organization. In organizations with less than 50 people the pilot test involves everyone, but a period of experimentation and learning is introduced before the system of ideas is "officially" launched.
